I just closed on a loan using Jason as my lender and highly recommend him. To summarize: 1) Jason is very responsive. He returns your calls and e-mails promptly. To me, that's one of the most important qualities you need in a lender; you don't want to be left hanging when you have important questions. 2) He explains everything clearly and looks out for your best interests. He helped us navigate the issue of buying down points based on our needs. 3) He worked with our tight deadlines. As a result of inspection negotiations on our home purchase, we required a new roof to be installed by the seller before closing. The weather in Seattle didn't cooperate and the roof was not done until a few days before closing. Jason worked with the real estate agents and the tight deadlines to make sure we were able to close successfully without being penalized. 4) His rates were some of the best. Jason had rates were some of the best I found and his Good Faith Estimates were spot on. He is up front and honest about all of the fees involved.

I first met Kenton three years before we purchased our home.  In that time, he stayed engaged with my wife and I, as we slowly navigated the complicated Seattle area real estate market.  He was patient, thoughtful, very pleasant, and always encouraging, and informative.

In all transactions Kenton was organized, thorough, and personable. I’ve worked with Kenton for the last 6 years and been very pleased with his work ethic and morals.  Recently I wrote an offer on a short sale home for a buyer.  After some time we received our approval from the bank stating they were accepting our offer.  However, the approval they gave us was only good for and allowed us 3 weeks to close.  I’ve been told by a lot of brokers that loans these days can take anywhere from 35 – 40 days to close.  So needless to say time was of the essence.  Kenton and his team rose up to the challenge and were not only able to complete this task on time… but ahead of schedule too!  He had final docs drawn and ready to be signed by both buyer and seller in 2 weeks, and we were able to close the loan from start to finish in 2 ½ weeks!
